This website is designed to inform the reader about my Law Firm and the areas of law I practice. The main focus of my legal practice is Civil Litigation, which is the actual conducting of legal proceedings from the drafting and filing of documents to appearing and arguing cases in a court of law. I have conducted legal proceedings at virtually every level of court in Canada, including various national and provincial administrative tribunals. I have been a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario (formerly the Law Society of Upper Canada) since 1993. While based in Kingston, my legal practice generally covers the major centres of Toronto and Ottawa, including the regions of Central and Eastern Ontario. ONTARIO SUPERIOR COURT OF JUSTICE, Frontenac County Court House, Kingston, Ontario, Canada I am also an Adjunct Assistant Professor with Queen’s University at Kingston, Ontario. I have taught “Appellate Advocacy” at “Queen’s Law” since 2003. I have also taught “Business Law I” at Queen’s University’s “Smith School of Business” since 2003. My teaching at the Smith School of Business now includes “Business Ethics” and I have taught “International Business Law” at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana in Slovenia, Europe as part of their international summer school entitled “Take the Best from East & West”.
